Why it's worth it

At $129.99, it is justified if you would otherwise buy a heating pad or ice pack separately — the combination into a single device is genuinely convenient. Pure percussion users seeking maximum stall force will find better value in the Opove M3 Pro 2 at the same price.

From our review of 12 percussion massage guns, by Eleanor Vance, Health & Beauty Editor

What we like

  • +Dual-temperature therapy heats to 113°F (45°C) or cools to 46°F (8°C)
  • +VA display shows speed, battery level, and temperature setting simultaneously
  • +3200 RPM brushless motor with 8mm amplitude for consistent deep tissue sensation
  • +8 temperature settings allow fine-grained heat and cold control

What to know

  • –At $129.99, thermotherapy features add meaningful cost over percussion-only alternatives
  • –8mm amplitude falls below the 12–16mm range preferred for serious athletic deep tissue work
  • –Heat and cold functionality adds weight and charging complexity versus simpler models
