Why it's worth it

The Lifeline Power Wheel adds stirrups for your feet, which turns one exercise into a whole session: reverse rollouts, hamstring curls, pike push-ups and knee tucks. It costs far more than the other rollers here and only earns that if you use the straps.

The stirrups turn one exercise into a dozen. Strap your feet in and the wheel drives from the other end. Reverse rollouts load the lower abs and hip flexors, which standard rollouts barely touch. Hamstring curls, pike push-ups, knee tucks and mountain climbers all open up from the same position. Lifeline pitches it as working up to 20 muscles, and the range of movement really is wider than any hands-only roller offers.

A longer rollout is a harder rollout. Published reviews describe a wheel larger in diameter than typical consumer rollers, which stretches out the arc of each rep and gives the movement more leverage against you. If you've plateaued at clean full rollouts on a small wheel, that alone is a meaningful step up in difficulty without adding weight or buying anything else.
