Why it's worth it

The MX Vertical stands your hand up at a 57-degree angle, so your forearm stops twisting to reach the mouse. If your pain is desk-related, this does something no brace can: it removes a cause rather than managing a symptom.

Pronation is the problem, and this eliminates it. A conventional mouse forces your forearm flat, palm down, for hours at a stretch. The MX Vertical's 57-degree grip angle puts your hand in more of a handshake position.
