The Wyze Cam Pan v3 pans a full 360° and tilts 93°, tracks motion automatically, and sees in color at night instead of grainy infrared. A microSD card up to 512GB stores everything locally, so you can skip the subscription entirely.

For a fraction of what the premium cameras cost, you get the two features that matter most in a pet camera: you can see the whole room, and you can see it at night. PCMag gave the Pan v3 an Excellent rating and its Best Value designation, specifically calling out color night vision that beat cameras costing two to three times more. If your dog paces at 2 a.m., that difference is the whole ballgame.

The local storage is what makes this cheap to own, not just cheap to buy. Drop in a microSD card and the camera records to it. No plan, no cloud, no monthly line item.
