Why it's worth it

A memory foam core wrapped in a liquid silicone skin, sold in five sizes from XS to XL. You get most of foam's comfort and seal without the crumbling, the ear grease, or the three-month replacement habit that plain foam tips demand.

It's foam where it counts and silicone where it matters. The core is soft memory foam, so it compresses going in and expands to fill the shape of your canal. The outer layer is silicone, so nothing porous ever touches your ear. That means you can rinse them. Plain foam tips soak up wax and oil until they're grey and stiff, and there's no fixing that. These you just wipe down.

Five sizes means you can actually find your fit. Symbio lists outside diameters of 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 13mm and 14mm, at a uniform 9mm height. Most adults land on medium, but that's an average, not a rule. If stock tips have always felt loose in one ear and tight in the other, a five-pair set lets you mix sizes. That alone solves a lot of complaints.
