The Pro Click V2 is Razer's attempt at a mouse that works for spreadsheets at 4pm and games at 9pm. It has quiet mechanical switches rated for 60 million clicks, a fast-scroll wheel, and it pairs with up to five devices.

Razer built this on gaming hardware and then made it behave. The Focus Pro 30K sensor tracks on glass with 99.8% resolution accuracy, which is far more precision than any office task needs, and the mechanical switches are rated for 60 million clicks. That's roughly triple the 20 million typical of standard office mice. Engadget found the HyperScroll wheel and quiet switches made it nearly indistinguishable from a dedicated office mouse.

Five-device pairing is the feature to notice. Most premium mice cap out at three. If you run a work laptop, a personal desktop, a tablet and a second machine you keep for testing, a dedicated switch button that cycles all of them is genuinely useful. There's an extended thumb rest for wrist posture, and the shape is sculpted for right hands only.
