Why it's worth it

The ErgoAlign puts dense, supportive foam under your midsection and softer foam under your shoulders, which is the exact split most back-pain sleepers need. A cool-to-the-touch cover keeps it from turning into a heat trap the way plain memory foam often does.

Most toppers are one uniform slab of foam. This one isn't. The ErgoAlign is built in three zones, with ultra-dense foam beneath your midsection and more contouring foam at the head and foot. That's the geometry a sore lower back wants: lift where your hips try to sink, give where your shoulders need to press in.
